The ROCK YOUR BOAT (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by TeenFreeway.com, 70 Walnut Street, Wellesley, MA 02481, USA "Sponsor" and "Administrator").

1. Promotion Period: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, February 27, 2008 and ends at 3:59 PM Eastern Standard Time, August 27, 2008 (the “promotion period”).

2. How to Enter: To enter, fill out the entry information on http://www.teenfreeway.com/rockboat/boat2f.htm - name, email address, age and street address. Entrants may receive information from TeenFreeway.com if they "opt-in" on the entry page. Entrants must be legal U.S. residents over the ages of 13 years of age, void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited by law All forms of entry are limited to one (1) per person, for the entire promotion period. Multiple entries by one person are not permitted.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental U.S. at least 13 years of age at entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, directors and officers of TeenFreeway.com and promotional tie-in partners, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. In the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. By participating, entrant agrees to the official rules and judges’ decisions.

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV $1,800.00): Three (3) Bare Essentials Sun Worshipper 5 Piece Collection Kits (ARV $89/each) and Fifty (50) RockerGal License Plates (ARV $15/each) TOTAL ARV $1,017.00. TeenFreeway.com reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for another prize of equal or greater value. Everyone who enters the Sweepstakes will have the option of receiving a reward that's valued at $15.00 at no cost.

5. Administration of Sweepstakes: TeenFreeway.com is the administrator of the Sweepstakes and is responsible for the fulfillment of the prizes. TeenFreeway.com is also responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries or the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Winners may be notified by mail and/or by email. Winners (and Winners’ parents or legal guardians) must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter, and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen (14) days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

6. General: Neither TeenFreeway.com nor their respective agencies, or affiliates are responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible entries. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the TeenFreeway.com, other promotional tie-in partners, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/family/household/e-mail address.

7. Winners List/Rules Request: For the names of prize winners or for the official rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by August 8, 2008 to: TeenFreeway.com Rules/Winners List (specify which), P.O.
